It is one of our goals to establish Estee Lauder Companies as an employer of choice to attract and retain the best talent.

In 2009 we started our journey to best employer status by participating on the 2009/10 Hewitt Best Employers in Australia and New Zealand accrediation process.

We were proudly awarded Highly Commendable for our efforts, largely thanks to the particpation of our employees which lead to us achieving a high engagement score, combined with the exciting initiatives were are working towards to make Estee Lauder Companies - Australia a great place to work.

For 2009/10, 110 companies' participated in the Best Employer  accreditation process. 14 organisations received awards, including Estee Lauder Companies - Australia.
