If I could travel anywhere in the world I would go to Italy.

Friends say I am... a good listener

Cat or Dog... Dog

I can speak... 1 language properly and very bad Italian!

My favourite product is... Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair.

I admire... my Mum, for her selflessness and her ability to always see the good in people!

One day I hope... the world will be free of war and conflict.

Pedro

My favourite product is... Aramis Life

I admire... Tiger Woods. Not the most talented golfer to grace the planet, but definitely the best. Shows how far you can get with hard work and dedication

One day I hope... To finally see my beloved Parramatta Eels win a grand final and to watch the SUPERBOWL in New York City

Maureen

Brand General Manager - Clinique

My role at Estee Lauder Companies is to ensure that I guide and develop the Clinique Management Team to strategically make decisions that will propel us to be the leader in the cosmetic industry. Most importantly it is my responsibility to make sure that the entire team feels happy belonging to the Clinique brand and feel apart of a winning team.

When I was growing up I wanted to be a makeup artist or a beautician. I just loved anything to do with beauty. A hairdresser....I used to drive my sister crazy braiding her hair whenever I had the chance. I knew cosmetics was for me when I found Mum's makeup bag and applied cream rough and blue eye shadow and thought I was in heaven. I did go through a phase (must have been LA Law influence through he 80's) where I wanted to be a lawyer. I love what I do...not many people can wake up everyday and love coming to work.

The best thing working for Estee Lauder Companies is the people that I have had the privale to work with. Yes the majority of them have been women - smart articulate and nurturing people whom have a great passion for wanting to make other women feel good about themselves.

The best advice I have received is you do not have to be nasty to get to the top. Love what you do with a passion be respectful and the rest will take care of itself.

My ELC favourite product is Clarifying Lotion 2 and I do have a close second 7 Day Scrub. My skin is just not he same unless I am exfoliating.

Cat or Dog... Dog, because at least they pretend to love you in-between meal times!

I can speak... 1 language really well and I pretend I can speak 2 others (French and Spanish)

My favourite ELC brand and product... I can’t pick! So I have a top three: Clinique, M.A.C and La Mer. My favourite product is Clinique Super City Block.

My school report always said not sure really... Must have been ok as Mum and Dad never called to go to parent and teacher evenings. Never really liked school ...too institutionalized for me. Would have rather of been home schooled with my Mum....a bit more flexible.......

Stephen

Web Design

When I was growing up I wanted to be... A famous Football (soccer) player

My favourite thing about working for ELC is... The environment, everyone is very friendly

My mother always said... "Don't you have homework you should be doing?"

If I could travel anywhere in the world I would go to... Treviso (Italy)

Friends say I am... Talkative

Cat or Dog... Dog, don’t like cats

I can speak... English and a little Italian

My favourite ELC brand is... Clinique because I love working on all their side projects like cliniqueitgirls.com.au and cliniquetv.com.au

I admire... Frank Lowy, for all the work he has done to turn Australia Soccer into World Football even when most people thought it wasn’t possible.

One day I hope... To start my own small Web design company that is very exclusive to the type of work we take on. Working for fun not just for money.

Zoe

National Education Manager (Australia & New Zealand) - Aramis & Designer Fragrances, BeautyBank

My role at Estee Lauder Companies is to manage & coordinate the education for Aramis and Designer Fragrances and BeautyBank.

When I was growing up I wanted to be the first female football player for Cronulla Sharks. Nowadays I don’t even follow football.

The best thing working for Estee Lauder Companies is the balance between people who have been with company for both long and short lengths of service. A family feel with new and interesting people joining.

The best advice I have received is the really tall glasses in the kitchen are actually vases. I poured a glass of water into one on my first day and it didn’t make me look very switched on.

My ELC favourite product is Missoni Fragrance

My school report always said "Zoe likes to distract others and welcomes distractions too easily."
